T he main reason for breeding is first and foremost the opportunity it gives us to get to share with you the amusement and happiness by owning an Ocicat, or should I radar say “to be owned by” an Ocicat.

Planning a new litter takes a lot of work. First to find a partner that matches so the breed can develop into healthy strong cats. Secondly, finding a partner that hopefully will improve the look, and get as close as possible up to the standard look of the Ocicat. Our kittens will grow up in a safe environment and be a part of the daily household. Together with us and our other cats they will be trained and adjusted to be confidents, socialized, and healthy cats. At the age of 12 – to 16 weeks, depending on how they develop, they are ready to move to new homes.

As members of RORAK we are also members of NRR and FIFE. The kittens get a pedigree according to NRRs contract and regulations. Our kittens gets two vaccinations, is de-wormed, and health check with a certificate from our veterinary. They will be micro chipped and registered in Dyreidentitet AS. All our cats are insured in Agria Dyreforsiking.
